1. layer change and Annoatations are working fine.

added rewrite settings in web.config.
fix to logo click.
added a class in sidemenubar to resolve thcik scroll bar issue.

all is working fine.
also added daimage panel close functionality to open parent page.

the idea is, Now in index page different views will be laoded as pe requiremnet and all views will have mainmenu included in views.
Currently its not working.

fix the title properties.

1.added scrollbar and left tool bar is now behaves(on dragginf of jspanel) within jspanel.
2 .the title bar is taking full width
3. male-femakle button in DA are now highlighted correctly.
4. layer change slider is now with its full height.

2. added dynamic title for modules and for views.
