Fixed issue , now able to highlight the mirror body region as well.

Highlight is implemented on users click on non mirrored body regions  but having some issues like annotations are not showing and sometime both similar portions are not highlighting ... need to dig.

implemented zoom for 25 and 75 level but on 25th zoom level annotations are showing on wrong place.

Activated highlight button if already activated on layer change..

Identity button functionality is implemented.

First level of highlight functionality is completed for both mirror and non mirror images.
POCproject is added at location of prototype.

1. for lateral arm, transaprency is having issue.
2. transparency scale hide below the titlebar of jspanel.

currently transparency change is not working.

Able to Highlight for non mirror body regions...

Annotations are also working but having an issue, when we click on transaprency box, its changes the transparncy of box and shows annotation. Transparency should not be changed and also annotations are working with debugger.
